Founder and CEO Joyce Meadows built Flexible Whips from the ground up with her late husband, Tommy Johnson. The company started in 1980, and has grown to over 70 employees, and a facility of 95,000 square feet. To this day Joyce runs the day to day operations and can be seen from the office to the warehouse and everywhere in between. The care and quality she exemplifies to her customers rings true throughout the entire company’s philosophy.

Joyce’s vision has brought the company to great heights in the new century. Flexible Whips now not only services the lighting industry, but also the auto industry, refrigeration, HVAC, medical, and landscaping industries as well. Flexible Whips and its aggressive strategy will continue to grow into the future, focusing on these lasting partnerships and relationships across the globe. The company currently services all of North America, and is also expanding into European and Asian markets.
